Motion Blur - Overcoming the static nature of a still photograph is an endless pursuit. Adding motion blur can accomplish that. Drop the shutter speed and pan with the subject. It's an old fashion rule that could easily be broken - but, it's advisable to always keep something, no matter how small, sharp in the blurred image. (Sometimes, a tripod is handy for a blur shot).
