Deep Blue - If done naturally, it's just a question of timing. Available light at a time with the available tungsten and bluish light are balanced. Artiticially, this can be controlled by shooting tungsten film (or setting digital cameras to tungsten balance) and gelling the lightsource to be tungsten. This is another technique that works absolutely fantastic on a gray, sick, rainy day that cannot be rescheduled.
